We are seeking a motivated and talented AI/Software Engineer to join our team and assist with GenAI projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud solutions while actively contributing to team goals and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of traditional AI & GenAI projects, supporting the advancement of AI capabilities within the organization.
- Write proficient code in Python to support AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement cloud-based solutions, actively participating in team goals.
- Deploy and manage code using GIT, ensuring proper integration and version control.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to code and cloud infrastructure ensuring system reliability.
- Document processes, code changes, and project updates for knowledge sharing and transparency.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to the team's success.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software engineering/data science roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Basic understanding of ML algorithms and NLP.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with version control systems, such as GIT.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of containerization platform.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and approaches as they emerge.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Prompting Engineering using OpenAI, Claude models.
- Exposure to AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Langchain, LamaIndex.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like containerization platform.
- Completed projects using open/closed source Gen AI models is a plus.
