Job Description

Roles Responsible for workshop & stores

To ensure up keep of the work shop through the contractor and responsible for release of payment to the contractor.
To ensure proper security for the vehicles inside, stores, and the equipment inside the work shop through the contractor and responsible for release of payment to the contractor
Assist Fleet Manager in obtaining statutory compliances like Factory license, Labour license etc
Responsible for overall administration, HR activity, Grievances redressal
Responsible for planning vehicle in flow to workshop
Responsible for material planning of workshop
Responsible for allocation of work to mechanics in workshop
Responsible for quality of work carried in the workshop
Responsible for shift maintenance to accomplish the tasks
Responsible for up keep of vehicles attached to workshop
Responsible for SS, General checkups of vehicles attached to workshop
Forwarding the accident claims to Fleet Manager
Responsible for developing MIS and reporting
Responsible for Maintenance & General checkups and Responsibilities
