Receptionist - Billing @ Vijaya Diagnostic

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the field.

• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and treatment history.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
