Role & responsibilities

Write and update job descriptions and specifications
Post job openings on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience
Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics
