Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounts payable and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices, payroll entries, and financial reconciliations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting month-end closing, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations across payroll and vendor management.
Experience- Fresher to 2 years
JD FOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of payables and vendor communications
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting related to AP
- Payroll Accounting
- Process monthly payroll entries and reconcile payroll accounts
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS)
- Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs and employee reimbursements
- Prepare payroll-related reports for audits and management
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
2. Conduct audits on payroll processes to identify and rectify errors.
3. Generate and distribute Payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
4. Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll processing.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of employee data.
