Job Description


Your Role As a Finance Analyst / Controller, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Business Services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Analyse and consolidate periodic Forecast and Actuals for Business Services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to interpret and analyse financial data.
  • Drive Finance Controlling for budget and cost across assigned portfolios.
  • Allocate BSv costs to various centers based on business models.
  • Support BSv budgeting including bottoms-up budget, scenario simulation, and consolidation of sub-budgets and cost centers.
  • Analyse financial and non-financial KPIs for BSv business segments for management reviews.
  • Create presentations and reports for management reviews
    • In this role you will play a key role in 
  • Driving financial transparency and control across BSv operations.
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Enhancing budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
  • Facilitating cost optimization and resource allocation.
  • Enabling effective communication of financial performance to leadership.

  • Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive and committed to delivering on challenging tasks.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and KPI analysis is preferred.
