We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible care and coverage. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager B2B, located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager B2B will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, handling end-to-end sales processes, preparing sales reports, and achieving target sales goals. The role involves approaching potential clients with a winning mindset and using various sales techniques to demonstrate the value of our health insurance plans. The Sales Manager will also manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive business success. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales and business development Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation Sales strategy development and implementation experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Leadership and team management abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analysis tools,
