Job Description
Role Overview:
The Project Manager collaborates with Digital Client partners, Business Analysts, Cross functional and Business units to support digital solutions. They engage solution teams to ensure fit within the current application portfolio and work with Digital teams to meet business requirements while adhering to local and global objectives. A background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis is essential. The role requires excellent communication, multi-tasking abilities, teamwork, Emailers for mass communication and problem-solving aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Interaction:
- Schedule sessions with business as needed.
- Present requirements clearly.
- Publicize Digital offerings.
- Work with Business for UAT, Track all the projects/initiatives of Digital for Team review meetings.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate internal and third-party resources for project execution.
- Define solution scope and develop project plans and budgets.
- Monitor progress and provide updates.
Solution Validation:
- Coordinate testing to validate solutions.
- Educate clients on end-to-end solutions.
- Research industry best practices.
Documentation:
10. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements and Skills:
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience as a project manager in IT/Pharma/Healthcare with 4-6 Years of experience.
- Techno-functional background with project management experience.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Organizational Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Project management tools
- Knowledge on Dashboard creation, Power BI, excel macros preferred.
