Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and growing the VLSI and embedded Software services business in the assigned accounts and geography.
Identify new business opportunities in the region across industries in order to build a substantial pipeline that will result in the achievement of assigned revenue goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Managing high volume daily sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned quota.
Building and maintaining new relationships with key decision makers and influencers to obtain new sales, maximize services satisfaction and ensure proper post-sales support is provided.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and managers
Own complete end to end responsibility of business at accounts
Position company offerings working with key internal stakeholders.
Meet with key customers on a regular basis to strengthen relationships and to obtain additional business.
Publish regular forecast, sales funnel and competitive intelligence.
