Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at our Bangalore Race Course Road office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong skills in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various IT roles including developers, engineers, analysts, and other technical positions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Suggest and implement recruitment process improvements to enhance quality and speed.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience focused on IT roles.
  • Proven experience with modern sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working 5 days from office at Race Course Road, Bangalore location.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth IT companies.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments and coding test platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
