Role & responsibilities :
Responsibilities Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business. Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate. Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions. Pre-screen and review incoming applicants for open positions and conduct telephone screening with them as required. Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates. Requirements 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process ) Bachelors degree or above Effective communication skills both written and verbal Able to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively Great interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices Able to independently research new and tending practices in the industry Effective leadership abilities, with the ability to delegate tasks well and identify people's strengths and best abilities Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
