Job Description

Role & responsibilities As an Agency Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance in Tinsukia, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Health Insurance Advisors. You will drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service through your team.

• Recruit, onboard, and train health insurance advisors in the Tinsukia region
  
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  
• Develop and execute local marketing and lead generation strategies
  
• Monitor advisor performance through regular tracking and performance reviews
  
• Conduct skill development sessions, team meetings, and business planning
  
• Ensure full compliance with IRDAI and company policies
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and cross-sell opportunities
  
• Manage documentation, claims coordination, and after-sales support

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline
  
• 1+ years of experience in health/life/general insurance or BFSI sales
  
• Prior experience in team handling or agency recruitment is preferred
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills
  
• Local market knowledge of Tinsukia and surrounding areas is an advantage
  
• Ability to work under targets and lead a performance-driven team
