Roles and Responsibilities
1) Owner of the end-to-end process of planning, development and design of the product strategy
2) Shall be responsible for the purchase and safe of securities for clients at discounted commissions.
3) Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
4) Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and deepening relationships with the existing clients
5) New Client Acquisition of Trading accounts through Business Partners.
6) Developing Implementing Business strategies as per markets scenario.
7) Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
8) Primary owner of the product roadmap working directly with the leadership team
9) Priorities product features with business & customer focused justification
10) Collaborate with the stakeholders to drive timely and high-quality feature delivery
11) Identifying insights from data and using it for product improvements
12) Building a team as and when the business needs grow
