The role's primary objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of process delivery by overseeing the daily performance of Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and enhancing the technical capabilities of the team members. Key Responsibilities: - Review daily transactions and performance parameters to support the process - Monitor performance dashboard and scores for the team - Assist the team in improving performance by providing technical support and process guidance - Document all queries received, steps taken for problem-solving, and resolutions - Ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures for resolving client queries - Resolve client queries within defined SLAs - Develop a deep understanding of the process/product to facilitate better client interaction - Analyze call logs to identify recurring trends and prevent future issues - Escalate serious client issues to Team Leader when necessary - Provide product information and disclosures to clients before and after interactions - Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting - Manage and resolve technical roadblocks as per SLA and quality requirements - Escalate unresolved issues to TA & SES in a timely manner - Provide product support and resolution to clients while guiding them through solutions - Offer alternative solutions to retain customer satisfaction - Mentor and guide Production Specialists to enhance technical knowledge - Conduct triage trainings to bridge skill gaps identified through interviews - Stay updated with product features, changes, and updates through relevant trainings - Identify common problems and recommend solutions to the team - Participate in self-learning opportunities to enhance job knowledge Performance Parameters: 1. Process: No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback 2. Team Management: Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism 3.
