Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage and support Point of Sale (POS) systems and Property Management Systems (PMS) to enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of IT strategies and policies.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and applications.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to drive innovation within the IT department.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in IT management.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including POS and PMS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rotating schedule and on-site environment.
