Job Description
BE IT or CS B Tech MCA
Certification in Software Testing Functional is preferred
Certification in Performance Testing is preferred
5 years of work experience in IT projects
3 years of relevant work experience in IT projects for Govt clients
Experience in IT projects in Finance sector is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Experience in verification and validation of software by conducting Smoke Testing Sanity Testing Blackbox testing System testing Regression testing integration testing Functional and nonfunctional testing
Create and review comprehensive test plans test scenarios and test cases
Conduct performance testing using JMeter
Collaborate with BA Team development and QA teams to identify and resolve issues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Document test results and provide detailed reports
Hands on experience in Data base testing using Postgres
Independently handle Client coordination in terms of requirement gathering sign offs audits UAT etc
Should have knowledge of JIRA Bugzilla Zephyr etc
Experience in all stages of software testing including Requirement Gathering RTM Test Plan Test case designing and execution Defect reporting and tracking
Should have experience in REST APIs testing using postman and SOAPUI
Evaluating and improving the testing process
Experience in IT projects in Finance sector is preferred
