Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Ensure round-the-clock safety and security of guests, staff, and resort property.
- Monitor CCTV systems, control room operations, and conduct regular patrolling of the premises.
- Prevent unauthorized access, maintain entry/exit logs for visitors, staff, and vehicles.
- Respond promptly to emergencies including fire, theft, or medical incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and resort regulations.
- Collaborate with local police or emergency services when necessary.
- Inspect and secure all doors, windows, and access points regularly.
- Maintain incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Supervise any external security personnel or agencies if needed.
- Be courteous and helpful while maintaining authority and control.
