Job Description:

Production Support Incident Response

2. Production Support Incident Monitoring

3. Co-ordination between cross functional teams

4. Designing database tables and structures

5. Creating stored procedures, SQL Scripts

6. Reviewing and updating existing batch and SQL scripts as per business team requirement.

7. Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other customer data applications.

8. Writing optimized SQL queries for CRM team as per their requirement.

9. Creating batch and SQL scripts for Importing file of new and existing vendor into CRM database.

10. Creating batch and SQL scripts for Importing and exporting file of new and existing vendor into CRM.

11. JIRA Service Desk incident response & triage

12. JIRA Service Desk incident remediation and/or escalation

13. Root Cause Analysis for incidents which need code fix

15. Help team in Local, SIT, and UAT Testing

17. Documentation of complete flow of development work..
