Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for desktop and laptop issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux).
Set up and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Assist users with software installations and basic troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and escalate if required.
Ensure systems are updated with latest security patches and antivirus.
Maintain logs of technical issues and service requests.
Coordinate with senior IT staff for complex issues.
Follow IT policies and documentation procedures.
