Role & responsibilities :
Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and service-related needs.
Assist in facility management housekeeping, pantry services, and general upkeep.
Maintain administrative records, expense reports, and petty cash handling.
Support HR/Admin teams in organizing employee events, travel, and logistics.
Monitor office assets and ensure their proper utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative functions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in front office and office administrative roles.
Comfortable for travelling.
Strong communication skills verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Professional demeanor, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
