Manager Industry 4.0 Smart Manufacturing SME @ Syncro Squad

Job Description

As a Manager specializing in Industry 4.0 Smart Manufacturing, your role will involve leading digital manufacturing projects for Fortune 500 clients. You will be responsible for driving innovation in Industry 4.0 by creating assets and accelerators to unlock new business opportunities. Engaging with potential clients to design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions, including executing proof-of-concepts and conducting workshops to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Managing both offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction will be crucial. Additionally, you will lead team capability development to keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the IoT and Industry 4.0 space. To excel in this role, you should have 11-13 years of experience in IoT/Industry 4.0 and a proven ability to engage with clients, identify use cases, and address digital transformation needs. Extensive experience in process manufacturing industries such as CPG and Pharma is essential. Deep expertise in manufacturing processes, real-time OT/IT data integration, industrial automation, and Industry 4.0 architectures is required. Proficiency in Digital Twins, Edge computing, and data engineering technologies is a must. Additionally, you should have a strong background in developing analytical solutions for manufacturing environments and expertise in IoT analytics using Python, PySpark, and related technologies. Demonstrated leadership in managing implementation teams across the full lifecycle of cloud applications (Azure, AWS, GCP) and a proven track record in leading successful Industry 4.0 projects from concept to implementation are key requirements. A Bachelor's or Masters degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Automation, etc.) will be considered a relevant qualification for this role.,
