Assistant Manager, Reporting Operations @ Genpact

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager/Reporting Operations Analyst at Genpact, you will be part of the Business Intelligence Team within the Enterprise Analytics Team. Your role involves acquiring in-depth knowledge of client data and analytics environment. You will oversee the execution of automated and manual reports using various technical platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, SAS, and Power BI. Building SOPs for incident management, maintaining the runbook, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports are key responsibilities. You will preprocess and clean data, provide reporting on key metrics, recommend enhancements, code enhancements to existing reports, and seek automation opportunities for manual processes. Additionally, you will assist with impact analysis, UAT, and development for source system projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance. Preferred qualifications include experience with Alteryx, Tableau/Tableau Prep, SQL, or other database platforms, as well as visual analytics tools. Strong math skills, analytical background, and business sense are essential to understand drivers of execution performance. You should be data-driven, possess analytical and quantitative skills, and have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with peers.
