Job Description
Engage with key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis and training need analysis.
Understand business problems to be able to create and propose a learning solution. Conduct meetings with different business units to understand training requirements. Identify organizational training needs and programs in line with organization's strategy and vision. Create content based on the inputs shared by different teams. Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience, trainer, and mode of delivery. Maintain updated training curriculum database and training records.
