Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher R2R Process
Location: Chennai
CTC: 80,000 1,00,000 per month
Shift: Rotational
Education Qualification: Graduation + CA (Qualified)

Job Description:

We are hiring Qualified Chartered Accountants (Freshers) for a leading MNC to join their Record to Report (R2R) process team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the end-to-end R2R process.
Ensure timely closing and reporting of financials in accordance with company policies.
Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.

Requirements:

Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
