- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services and tools (e. g. , Azure Resource Manager, Virtual Machines, App Services, Kubernetes, Azure Functions).
- Support Day to day Tier2 and Tier 3 Operational activities and Tasks. Document SOPs for all activities/Tasks performed. Guide and Train colleagues by ensuring them support ready.
- Strong experience in DevOps practices such as continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), automation, and version control systems (e. g. , Git).
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform , Azure ARM templates , or Bicep .
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools like Azure DevOps , Jenkins , or GitLab CI .
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e. g. , Docker , Kubernetes ).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools in Azure (e. g. , Azure Monitor , Application Insights , Log Analytics ).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell , Bash , or Python .
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and tools (e. g. , Azure Security Center , IAM , Key Vault ).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud services, applications, and infrastructure. Participate in P1/MI calls.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
