Over 16-20 years in managing large accounts and strategic Application stack in the BFSI domain, including Capital Markets, AMC, Banking Applications.
Minimum 8 to 12 Years experience in leading role as Delivery/Program Manager in BFSI accounts of 10 20 Mn USD Per Annum
Must have handled a team of 15-30 Direct & 150-250 Indirect Members and reporting to him.
Experience in large engagements entailing complex Project / Program Management, Application Development & Infrastructure Support
Expertise in managing the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of BFSI primarily Banking Applications
Expertise in monitoring the delivery of highquality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction, while adhering to the SLAs & work processes, and managing costeffective operations
Led domestic and international Implementation with experience in Full stack applications (frond end, back end), architectural designing and enhancement, requirement gathering and finalization.
Primarily should have experience of delivering Domestic Programs/Projects - Fixed Price Outcome Based Programs as well as Time & Material - Managed Capacity/ Managed Services- Digital Transformation, Modernization, Data Intensive Programs for domestic Banks Private and PSU Banks (SBI, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, PNB etc. and private Banks AXIS, HDFC, ICICI, HSBC, Standard Charted etc.)
Extensive Project/Program Management Experience, proficient in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, implementing solutions, partnering closely with business leaders & stakeholders to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
Technocrat with specialization in Application Development and Management, IT Infrastructure; directed the business operations through executive-level planning and analyzed delivery issues in a timely fashion.
Merit of delivering transformational change in IT Operations; established operations, built capabilities and set up a governance structure, service delivery strategy, operation readiness, and & enhanced internal controls in the organization.
