Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Hired for Voice and non voice process
Needs to have domestic as well internation hiring experience
Has client management experience
Has vendor management experience
People and process management
Internal and external stakeholder management
All key metrics of HR Staffing such as fulfillment, CPH, PC, Channel mix and new deals

Skills required:

6 MINIMUM RELEVANT years of International BPO Volume hiring experience
Knowhow of the local market, target companies and poaching grounds in the local market
Team management experience
Excellent ability and experience into managing recruitment consultant (vendor management)
Excellent skills into sourcing through various channels
High on market Intel and inter-personal skills to manage the stakeholders well
Effective Interpersonal skills
