Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality international leads for IT services through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
• Research and identify potential clients in target markets and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
• Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through personalized communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support deal closures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Good to have: Experience with Upwork bidding and other freelancing platforms for acquiring new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in international IT lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email prospecting tools, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in cold calling with the ability to engage and convert prospects.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Good to have: Familiarity with Upwork bidding and other freelance marketplaces.
