Job Description

Duration

The Project is expected to continue till May 2026. The above-mentioned position is completely temporary and is co-terminus with the project. Appointed person will be expected to stay in the lab for the entire period of the project.

Money

As per DBT rules and guidelines for Research Associate I.

Qualification

Ph. D. in Life Sciences / Genetics / Botany/ Plant Pathology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology.

Experience

Desirable: Research experience in the area of genome editing of plants / transgenic plant development/ plant virus interactions/ plant gene regulation with at least 2 publications in peer-reviewed SCI/SCOPUS journals.
