Job Description

Urban Gabru (Pune) - A GlobalBees Brand

Role Overview:

Manage and optimize product listings, PPC ads, and overall performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other Indian marketplaces to drive sales and improve visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Create & optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images).

2.Run & monitor Sponsored Ads/PPC campaigns; optimize for ROI.

3.Track sales, analyze performance, and prepare reports (Excel/Power BI).

4.Monitor competition, pricing, and take steps to improve rankings & conversions.

5.Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and manage daily operations.

Requirements:

1.Experience: 2 years in ecommerce operations.

2.Skills: PPC optimization, keyword research, listing SEO, Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP), basic Power BI.

3.Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel preferred.

4.Strong analytical & communication skills.
