Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Appointment Generation Specialist
Drive outreach via calls, emails & LinkedIn to set qualified appointments
Strategize and improve outreach effectiveness and conversions
Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and align efforts with Sales targets
Optimize scripts, cadences, and CRM data integrity
Track team performance, generate reports, and conduct regular trainings

Requirements:

Hands-on leadership experience in outbound sales, including AG or lead generation roles.
Excellent communication, organizational & coaching skills
Hands-on with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
Strong analytical mindset and understanding of sales funnels

Preferred:

B2B/SaaS sales experience
Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and performance coaching
Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field
