Role & responsibilities

Oversee production operations for business-critical insurance & financial platforms. Drive application stability, lead 24x7 support, implement automation, and ensure compliance in a complex enterprise environment.

• Incident & Problem Management | RCA | ITIL v4 | SLAs/OLAs
