Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience as customer service executive in a domestic premium contact centre.
• Typing speed & accuracy of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Versant English Test for India : Level 4
• All candidates shall fluently speak, write (specific to capturing notes) and comprehend in English and Kannada.

System requirement

• Core i5 gen 7 or above with 8GB RAM and genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these endpoints at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples).
• >=40Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)
• Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
• Compatible USB headsets to be provided by partner to the specified remote/WFH users Noise cancellation
• Power back-up is mandate
