Relationship Manager - Field Sales @ Policybazaar

Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a field sales role in the insurance sector. The role involves daily customer visits, lead generation through market references, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal for candidates who are confident, target-driven, and have excellent communication and networking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle field sales of Term, Health, Life and Motor Insurance products for PolicyBazaar.
• Visit 5-6 customers daily within allotted km radius; travel allowance is provided for each visit.
• Generate leads through open market, customer reference and local networking, around specific percent of leads will be provided by company.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets based on Annualised Premium (ANP) and policy count.
• Use need based selling techniques to ensure clients get the right insurance plan.
• Maximise revenue through upselling and cross selling to the existing customer base.
• Provide post sales service, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate customer database and coordinate regularly for follow-ups.
• Work closely with supervisors for sales forecasting and planning business strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have own Bike and valid Driving license
• Minimum 1 year of experience into Field Sales
• Proficient in the regional language communication
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Only Male Candidates below 35 age
