Java Developer - Senior Software Engineer @ Epam Systems

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Java Developers with strong expertise in building scalable web services and microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), with a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and database management.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based RESTful web services and microservices
  
• Work on Spring Boot frameworks to create scalable and secure APIs
  
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data handling and integration
  
• Deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS or Azure cloud platforms
  
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins

• Optimize and troubleshoot code for performance and reliability

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  
• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs
  
• Solid experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
  
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
  
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools Jenkins, Git, etc.
  
• Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving production issues
