Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor sales trends, operational performance, and key business metrics.
• Collect, clean, and process large datasets to prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and develop customized reports to support decision-making.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes using macros and advanced Excel techniques to ensure efficiency and data accuracy.
• Create visualizations and storyboards in Power BI, or other BI tools to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide timely, clear, and concise insights when needed.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all reporting data.
