Job Description

Role: Senior Executive: TPA
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
What Youll Do:
- Claims Management:
Processing medical bills and TPA claims in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, claims submissions, and payments received.
- Client Communication:
Coordinating communications between the client and the TPA, handling client queries, and providing updates on claim status.
- Compliance and Regulations:
Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines set by insurance companies and other regulatory bodies.
- Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hospital staff and insurance company representatives.
- Policy Renewals and Updates:
Managing policy renewals and ensuring all necessary documentation is updated.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Preparing reports on claim status, performance metrics, and other relevant data.
What We Are Looking For:
- Graduate/BDS/BAMS with 5-10 years experience in TPA
- Basic computer operations (Typing, Email, MS-office usage)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
