Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Required experience in sales field.
