Job Description

Role Brief: Process Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audits across Gold Loan, HR, Admin, and Marketing functions.
Evaluate compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and industry best practices.
Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure follow-through.
Support risk mitigation while maintaining operational efficiency and integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and process orientation.
Experience in financial services, HR operations, or administrative functions.
Familiarity with audit tools, compliance frameworks, and process documentation.
