Has a strong understanding of French pastry and the techniques behind all products
Understand Name and description of each menu item, able to comfortably explain it t baristas and customers
Able to execute tasks in an efficient, timely and clean manner avoiding mist

Works clean, maintains discipline with timings, attitude and perform
Able to improve on previous mistakes by giving time and effort to improve in specific
Lends a helping hand to seniors in team on a need basis and intentionally try make thing easier
Assistance in photo shoots, and tasting session
- Able to produce products as per SOPs following correct instruction
- Gives feedback to seniors on how the functioning of the team, systems and processes can b improved
