Job Description
Job Role: Executive Quality & Process
Work Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in engineering/environmental science, occupational health and safety, Engineering or a related field/bachelors degree in any other stream from authorized university.
- Professional certifications related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001/IMS and ITIL.
- Strong knowledge of Quality, environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, ITIL and best practices.
- Excellent and assertive communication (Written & Spoken), interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Experience 2 to 6 years:
- Prior experience in Quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety, ITIL or a related field in an IT Industry.
- Experience in conducting environmental audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Familiarity with implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) standards is desirable.
- Experience in Monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating consumption of natural resources.
- Worked on Natural Resource conservation program or part of Quality team
- GHG Emission data monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating.
- Contribution in QMS and EOHS Management System enhancement
- ISO Documentation for organizations health and safety management system
- Conducting Internal audits and had faced External QMS and EOHS Audits as an auditee.
