Job Description

** Night Shift - No Tech Grads**

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle chat/email support and backend data management.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  
• Perform data entry, documentation, and process transactions.
  
• Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
  
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final rounds.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers with strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are welcome.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with a preference for night shifts.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles is an advantage.
• Freshers Batch of 2023 & 2024
