Job Role -: VMware Server Administration L1/L2

Experience -: 3-6 yrs

Roles and responsibilities

VMware Infrastructure Management.

Virtual Machine Management.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.

Security and Compliance.

Collaboration and Communication.

Capacity Planning and Resource Management.

Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and other VMware products.

Experience with Windows Server ( 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016,2022,2025 )

Understanding of networking concepts and storage solutions (SAN, NAS) in virtualized environments.

Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or higher certifications are often preferred.
