Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment, onboarding, and activation of Partners/Agents are essential duties in this role.

2. The primary focus will be to drive sales through the agency network and establish a strong distribution network of agents.

3. The incumbent will assist Partners/Agents during sales calls, accompanying them to facilitate successful sales closures.

4. A crucial aspect of the role involves the implementation of continuous agent training programs to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

5. Willingness to travel extensively is necessary. Ability to handle sales pressure.
