Sales/ Customer Service Executive @ Policybazaar

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for insurance- related queries
• Explain insurance products to customers and assist them in policy selection
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and provide high- quality service
• Convert leads into sales (in case of sales profile)
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
• Meet performance targets and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and convincing power
• Customer- centric attitude and willingness to learn
• Fresher or prior experience in sales/customer service/BPO preferred

Job Details

Location: Gurugram

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week off: 1 rotational off

Interview Process:

First Round: Telephonic

Final Round: In-office interview (Gurugram)
