Job Description
We are hiring for Oracle Apex Developer- Production Support (Home Loans) in Navi Mumbai
Department: Application Management Team
Report To: Team Lead
Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Application Management Team as an Oracle Apex Developer Production Support resource. In this role, you will be responsible for providing production support for our Apex based applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide production support and troubleshooting for Apex based modules.
- Application Maintenance: To analyze the raised incidents and work in resolution & maintenance of web applications on Oracle APEX environment.
- Database knowledge base: Knowledge of database objects, queries, and PL/SQL code to support APEX applications.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve issues, optimize code for better performance.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues.
- Documentation: Create and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX application development.
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Oracle APEX
- Writing and optimizing PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and middleware Tomcat, Apache, ORDS.
- Understanding of Apex workspace migration activities.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Understanding of database design principles and data modeling. RDBMS: Oracle 11g/12c/19c
- Understanding over deployment of patches and updates (OS, Middleware, and application)
- Understanding over Application Security, Audit, Compliance requirement for an enterprise application
- Quick debugging skill, Good in Logical Reasoning
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Performing thorough testing and debugging to ensure application quality and performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Comp.) /Masters degree in IT, Computer applications, or Finance related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Oracle APEX application development.
- Certifications: Oracle certifications in APEX or related technologies are a plus.
