Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Close sales from warm leads provided by the company, focusing on cross-selling life insurance to existing or potential customers.
Direct Sales: Engage directly with customers via calls, video meetings, or in-person when necessary.
Agency Coordination: Work closely with agents to support them in closing cases, including product clarification, joint calls, and follow-up.
Field Activities (40%): Visit high-potential customers or agents, attend meetings, conduct presentations.
Office Tasks (60%): Handle documentation, follow-up via CRM systems, sales planning, and performance reporting.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company expectations.
