Job Description
Who you are:
An immediate joiner
Available for the next 3-6 months from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
A graduate in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Highly enthusiastic and quick to grasp new concepts.
What you'll do:
Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Recruit top talent and conduct smooth onboarding.
HR Operations: Manage attendance, assist in payroll, maintain HRIS, and ensure policy compliance.
Employee Relations: Address HR queries and support a positive work environment.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and uphold confidentiality.
Training & Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions.
Event Coordination: Help organize engagement activities and events.
General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
