Role & responsibilities:

  • ONE CBSL Sales
  • Solutions Sales
  • Daily report generation
  • Self-driven monthly institutional sales targets.
  • Market Mapping and competition mapping in the geography assigned.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling will be one of the growth indicators.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and business goals.
  • Built and maintained strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance and optimize processes using data-driven insights and tools like CRMs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Continuously assess market trends and client needs to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate industry trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification
  • Identify gaps in existing markets and develop tailored solutions to address unmet customer needs
  • Expand the company's portfolio by targeting niche markets with high-growth potential
  • Drive innovation by identifying disruptive trends that align with the company's long-term goals.
