Optum is hiring for Mainframe Lead Developers at Bangalore.

Experience: 7 - 11 yrs

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Location: Bangalore

Primary Skills: Mainframe, Cobol, CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, REXX, SQL, API

NOTE: Females are preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems Able to conduct Scrum ceremonies
• Walk-through the technical design document with Business/SME/QA group and support team
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: B.E or MCA or B. Tech or MTECH or MS Graduation
• Primary Skillset - Mainframes (COBOL,JCL,DB2,CICS,VSAM,REXX,API), SQL
• 7+ years of experience in Mainframe apps
• Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and Dev-Ops
• Proven good communication and presentation skills
• Proven solid problem solving, analytical skills, Good communication and presentation skills
